About Gold Luck:
‘Gold Luck’ is a concept launched by Line Investments & Property LLC as an activation concept is valid at Al Wahda mall only.
The campaign offers shoppers the chance to win Up to ONE KG of gold worth of prizes which will be split equally among 15 winners.
Shoppers who spend Min of AED200/- in Al Wahda Mall (AED 500/- for Lulu Hypermarket and Jewelry brands) during the 30-day long promotion can present their receipts to the customer service and their coupons will be sent to them digitally via email and SMS.
Terms and Conditions
• The Gold Luck: shop and win promotion is to celebrate the 15th mall anniversary, where shoppers will get the chance to win up to 1 kg of gold.
• The Gold Luck promotion is applicable only at participating outlets in Al Wahda Mall, under the management of M/s Line Investments and Property LLC and excludes Service outlets, Money Exchanges, Banks, ATMs, and other Bill/Utility payment kiosks.
• To participate in the promotion, every shopper primarily needs to have a minimum purchase value of AED 200 (AED 500/- for Lulu Hypermarket and Jewelry brands) made from participating outlets in the mall, during the promotion period: 01st September to 30th September 2022.
• Every minimum spends value of AED 200 (AED 500/- for Lulu Hypermarket and Jewelry brands) entitles the customer with One (1) Digital Raffle Coupon for the promotion.
• M/s Line Investments and Property LLC reserves the right to disallow entries in its absolute discretion and without giving reasons. M/s Line Investments and Property LLC reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and determine the eligibility of participants (including the participant’s identity) and to disqualify any entry or refuse to award a prize where false or duplicate or misleading details have been given by a participant, or where a participant has behaved in a fraudulent or dishonest manner, or otherwise than in accordance with these terms and conditions or the spirit of the promotion.
• The final digital raffle draw will be held at Al Wahda Mall where One Kilogram of Gold will be split among 15 winners.
• The 15 winners will be chosen by digital raffle draw at the end of this campaign at Al Wahda mall on 02/10/2022.
• Draw dates are subject to change without notice. Winners will be notified through the phone numbers/emails provided on their coupons. Incomplete/Incorrect entries provided for the draw will be disqualified automatically.
• Winners should produce the following within 30 days of the notification failing which the same will be forfeited:
o Digital Raffle Coupon received in mail
o Original Bill used for Coupon claim
o Valid ID proofs (Passport copy/Emirates ID)
• The bills should be within the promotion period, carry-forward bills with back dates won't be accepted.
• Bills from different malls are not allowed to combine to obtain the minimum purchase value to enter the draw.
• M/s Line Investments and Property LLC staff, its associates & Tenant Staffs are not eligible to participate in the promotion. In case of any doubt, the details will be scrutinized, and Line Investment’s decision will be binding.
• Upon getting selected in the raffle draw the participant agrees to provide all necessary information as will be requested by the M/s Line Investments and Property LLC to authenticate his/her identity and thereby to claim the prize.
• The prizes are NOT transferable and can’t be exchanged for cash, if a winner cannot accept the prize for any reason, that prize will be void and no compensation will be payable.
• This Promotion is only applicable at participating outlets in Al Wahda mall and hypermarkets and excludes, money exchanges, services, banks, ATMs, and other bill/utility payment kiosks.
• The participants confirms the terms and condition of this promotion by the registration and has no objection to use their contact details for communication and marketing purposes by line investment properties and its partners.
